Terms and Conditions

The mucca.ro website is operated by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL, with its registered office in Romania, Bucharest, 1 Mirea Mioara Luiza Alley, building N22, entrance 2, 1st floor, apartment 21, District 4, and working premises at 209 Olteniței Road, Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov, registered with the Trade Register under J2013007147403, VAT number RO 31750754.

This document governs the use of the online payment form available on the website and constitutes the legal agreement between Mucca and its clients.

1. Scope of service

Mucca Production & Advertising SRL does not operate an online shop.

The payment form integrated with Netopia Payments is intended exclusively for the online payment of invoices issued by Mucca for:

• advertising production, project management and consultancy services;
• promotional materials and POSM produced to the client's specifications
• services related to these activities, in accordance with the company's authorised CAEN codes

Mucca may provide all services included in its articles of association and CAEN codes registered with the Trade Register, including but not limited to advertising production, printing, design, event logistics, digital solutions, customised materials and other activities complementary to the marketing and advertising industry.

This website only provides clients with an online payment method for products and services previously contracted through a quotation and confirmed order.

2. Payment methods

Invoices may be paid by:

• Online card payment through Netopia Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Bank transfer using the details shown on the invoice.

An online payment is considered complete when the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.

3. Pricing and invoicing

All prices are determined individually based on:

• volume,
• materials and production technology,
• type of customisation (logo and brand elements),
• specific technical requirements.

Prices and deadlines are communicated in the quotation, and the order becomes binding once the client confirms it.

4. Nature of the products

Most products made by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL are customised and intended for a specific client use.

Customised products cannot be returned, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Article 16(c).

5. Data protection

Payment data is securely processed by Netopia Payments.

Mucca Production & Advertising SRL does not store card data.

Contact data is used strictly to process the payment and communicate about the order, in accordance with Mucca Production & Advertising SRL's Privacy Notice.

6. Errors and disputes

If there is a discrepancy concerning an amount or invoice, the client may contact Mucca directly at:

Complaints will be resolved amicably as soon as possible.

7. Force majeure

Mucca Production & Advertising SRL is not liable for delays caused by unforeseeable events beyond its control.

8. Competent court

Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
