How We Work
There is no single formula, but there is a way to think through every project, from the first questions to delivery. This is what happens after you contact us.
- Step 1
We understand your needs, not just what you ask for
The first thing we do is not to send an offer. We understand the context: what is happening in the project, what is the real deadline, what are the budget constraints, and if there is a better solution than what you initially asked for.
We speak fluently in technical specifications and translate everything to your level. You will never receive a quote with lines you don't understand.
- Step 2
We propose solutions, not just prices
The offer you receive is detailed and well-argued. Each component is explained, each choice has a logic, whether it's about material, production technique or supplier.
If there is a more efficient variant from a cost or time perspective, we tell you before you approve, not after.
- Step 3
We produce and coordinate everything
Once the project is started, we take care of everything related to production and logistics. You don't need to follow up on suppliers or check statuses. You are informed when it's relevant, not at every minor step.
We have our own production capacity for large format and a network of verified suppliers for promotional and event production. Everything is managed internally, not delegated and forgotten.

We deliver on time. And, if possible, ahead of schedule.
Your deadline is treated as our deadline. We know what it means to set up at night before an event or to distribute materials across dozens of locations simultaneously. We've done it before, in Romania and beyond.
If something unexpected arises, you are the first to know and the first decision is not made by us alone.

We stay after
The project doesn't end when we leave the door. If something isn't right, we fix it. If you need adjustments, we make them. Partnership means we don't disappear after the invoice.
Questions we are often asked
I work with a creative agency. Can you collaborate with them?
Yes, frequently. We enter the project with the materials and brief received from the agency and take care of production and implementation. We know how to read a file from an art director and deliver exactly what they envisioned.
Do you have a minimum order?
We don't impose a fixed minimum order. We discuss each project individually and see if it makes sense for both parties. We work equally well with spot projects and long-term contracts.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
It depends on the complexity of the project. For clear requests, we respond on the same day. For more complex projects that require consultation with suppliers, within 24-48 hours.
Do you deliver outside of Romania?
Yes. We deliver and install throughout the country and, where the project requires it, also abroad. We manage production and implementation at an international level.
Do you also do graphic design if I don't have ready materials?
Yes. We can take over the project from scratch, from the visual concept to the finished material, or just handle production if you already have the files.
