Order delivery policy

Products and materials made by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL are customised orders, with deadlines and conditions established by quotation or contract.

1. Delivery methods

Delivery may be made through:

• transport arranged by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL
• courier services,
• collection by the client from the premises of Mucca Production & Advertising SRL

The delivery deadline is communicated in writing. Production status is monitored and communicated to the client upon request.

2. Acceptance of products

The client must check:

• the quantity,
• the integrity of the delivery,
• compliance with the agreed specifications.

Any observations must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt to hello@mucca.ro or to the contact person with whom the order was placed.

After that period, the order is considered accepted.

3. Customised products

Because products are made to the client's specifications, returns are not possible except where:

• the product has manufacturing defects,
• the delivered specifications do not match those approved by the client.

In these cases, Mucca undertakes to remedy the non-conformities within a reasonable period.
